From August 5th to 8th, the "42nd International IBMS Sun Valley
Workshop: Musculoskeletal Biology" took place in Sun Valley, USA.
Peng Liu, PhD student in Fritz Lipmann Institute's Tuckermann lab, won the Alice L. Jee Memorial Young Investigator Award and presented his work "Glucocorticoids inhibit bone formation independent of miRNA regulation" from the podium.
With the award, he was paired up with Prof. Dr. Nancy Lane (Professor of Medicine and Rheumatology & Director for the Center for Healthy Aging, University of California, Davis) for his Young Investigator/Mentor Lunch.
