Pre-Workshop

The participation in the Workshop is free of charge for G-JAM participants (max. 50 participants). Please bring your own laptop.

I would like to take part in the Pre-Workshop taking place from 3pm-6pm on September 23rd, 2025 at FLI, Jena.

General information

Included in the registration fee (250 €) are free access to all talks, a chance to be selected for a short talk, poster presentation, and get together.

Photo Disclaimer:
Photos and videos which are taken on behalf of the organizers during the event, may be used by the FLI for documentation, reporting and promotional purposes only. Photos may be shown on the respective website, via email, social media and printed material during and after the Groningen-Jena Aging (G-JAM) 2025 Conference.

With my registration, I allow the organizers to take photos of me for the above-mentioned purposes. I further declare not to take and publish any photos of data and unpublished research from other participants in the meeting.

Privacy Statement:
Personal data has to be stored in order to process the registration of the G-JAM 2025 attendees according to the . The data is collected and used by the FLI for the following purposes only: G-JAM 2025 registration service; communication and administration purposes of the G-JAM 2025. The data will be used to organize the G-JAM 2025, such as abstract books and poster sessions.

A list of all attendees of this meeting will be included in the abstract book, showing their abstract, name, institute, email and work address. Selected data of the abstract booklet may also be passed on to funding agencies for documentary purposes. Wherever possible the data will be anonymized. Those who wish to be excluded from this list must opt out by emailing to g-jam@leibniz-fli.de before September 1, 2025.

Participant Statement:

I have been informed that any personal data pertaining to me will be collected in the context of the above mentioned purposes only and will be processed and used in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation by the FLI.

I have also been informed that the collection, processing and use of my data is voluntary. Furthermore, I can refuse or revoke the information that I have provided to the FLI at any time with effect for the future.

I will address my declaration of revocation to: G-JAM 2025 Organization Committee, Beutenbergstr. 11, 07745 Jena, Germany, Email: g-jam@leibniz-fli.de.

I have been informed of my right to information from the person responsible for the personal data and to rectification, erasure or blocking. In the case of revocation, my data will be deleted by the FLI upon receipt of my declaration of intent.

I have been informed that, in the case I revoke my consent for data storage and processing prior to the start of the G-JAM 2025, it constitutes a withdrawal from the conference for which no fees can be reimbursed.

Cancellation Policy:

Until 31 May 2025: No cancellation fees will apply, except a handling fee of 25€ and possible bank charges.

From June 30th, 2025: 50% of the total costs will be charged.

From September 15th, 2025: For cancellations or no-shows, no refunds will be made.

Change of event details:
The organizers reserve the right to alter any of the program or other arrangements for this conference; including cancellation or postponement of the event. The organizers accept no responsibility for resulting costs or inconvenience to participants in this case.

Copyright of single presentations lie with the respective author. The submitted abstract might be included in a digital abstract book.
